Independent Art Show

After leaving Uncommon Fort Collins, owned by CA Ventures, I reached out to my previous manager there and asked if I could use their vacant retail space to host an art show. Positioning the event as a resident event, it was a three-hour social featuring an art gallery, a dance floor, a photo booth, an open mic, and food and refreshments. I coordinated all logistics, managed three staff members and a budget allocated to me by CA Ventures, as well as recruited talent, and set up and took down event space. I spent about three months planning and preparing and did it all for fun.

Alternative Spring Break trip to Cuba

For a week in Cuba, we spent our days comparing how their political structures influence environmental sustainability to the U.S.

Alternative Spring Break Trip to Chicago, IL

Focusing on youth empowerment, we had the opportunity to see how locals utilize education and self-expression as tools to further themselves and their communities, comparing them to efforts found in our home state.
